BMX pedals are one of the main contact points on the bike, and the right pair comes down to how much platform, grip and durability you want underfoot. Blue Groove carries plastic, nylon, alloy and caged pedals for freestyle, race, retro and smaller-rider setups.

Check the pedal thread before ordering — especially 9/16" versus 1/2" on smaller or older cranks — then compare platform size, material and grip style. Bigger is not always better; the best pedal is the one that suits the rider’s foot size, shoes and riding.
