Shipping Costs

All shipping prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Shipping rates are based on your delivery destination and the total weight of your order.

• Queensland: $15 for orders up to 4.9 kg; $49 for orders 5 kg and over.
• New South Wales, Victoria and ACT: $20 for orders up to 4.9 kg; $60 for orders 5 kg and over.
• South Australia, Tasmania, Western Australia and Northern Territory: $25 for orders up to 4.9 kg; $75 for orders 5 kg and over.

The applicable shipping rate will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Blue Groove BMX currently ships within Australia only.

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

Blue Groove BMX will dispatch your order as soon as possible, with same-day dispatch in most cases.

If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will contact you.

Dispatch and delivery times may vary depending on the type of products ordered, order volumes, weekends, public holidays and carrier availability. If your order is required by a particular date, particularly for a gift or event, we recommend allowing additional delivery time.

How Do We Ship?

Non-bulky orders are generally shipped using Australia Post eParcel.

Larger or bulky orders may be shipped using a different courier depending on the size of the shipment and your delivery location.

All shipped orders include tracking where provided by the carrier. Tracking information will be supplied once your order has been dispatched.

Couriers and Australia Post generally do not operate on weekends or public holidays, and delivery times may vary throughout the year.

Larger parcels may be taken to your local post office, collection point or courier depot if delivery cannot be completed. The carrier will provide instructions where applicable.

Once an order has been dispatched, carrier transit times are outside Blue Groove BMX's direct control. We will, however, assist where reasonably possible if there is an issue with your delivery.
