Blue Groove BMX Shop Shipping Policy

Orders excluding bulky items ship at a flat rate of $15 Australia wide.

Items or orders over 5kg in weight are considered bulky and are shipped with different rates starting at $49, depending on the postcode. Please proceed to checkout with your items in cart to receive an accurate shipping rate.

Regional areas are defined using the postcode table below.

Blue Groove BMX will ship your orderas soon as possible (most cases same day dispatch)
If there is a delay in shipping we will contact you!
Shipping times can vary based on the type of item and the amount of orders we have to dispatch. Please allow a considerable amount of time if your order is a gift.

We use Australia Post eParcel service to ship orders, excluding bulky items, where we use a variety of different couriers, depending on your location.
Each package will be sent with full tracking.
Couriers do not operate on weekends/public holidays and the estimated shipping time varies on the time of year.
Bigger parcels may need to be collected from your local post office and a slip will be left by Aus Post at the mailing address provided by you as notification.
We are not responsible for transit times.
