K & H Japanese Ball Bearings are loose steel bearing balls for rebuilding traditional cup-and-cone bicycle components.
They are useful for servicing compatible BMX hubs, bottom brackets and headsets where the original loose bearings are worn, pitted or missing. The available sizes are different standards, so match the diameter to the component you are rebuilding rather than treating them as interchangeable.
Clean the races, fit the correct size, add fresh grease and keep a perfectly serviceable part in use.
