The KASTAN Grips are a proper old-school BMX finishing touch for retro builds, restorations and riders chasing that late-’80s Kastan look without relying on a crusty original pair.
They use an era-correct rubber compound with the classic one-piece shape and closed ends embossed with “KASTAN Since 1988”, so they look the part on an RL II-style build or any period-correct old-school setup.
Small detail, big difference. Old-school builds are very good at exposing the one part you tried to cheap out on.
