The LIFU Cone Spanner is a thin-profile workshop wrench for adjusting the cones on cup-and-cone bicycle hubs.
Its slim jaws are designed to fit the narrow flats that a normal open-ended spanner usually cannot reach. Choose the size that matches the hub before leaning on it.
Wheel play is annoying. The right thin spanner makes it considerably less annoying.
