The Odyssey 49er is a traditional four-piece freestyle bar for riders who want the look and feel of a proper 4-piece setup without giving up modern strength.
Multi-butted tubing, larger-radius bends and welded end caps are used to keep flex down and durability up, with post-weld heat treatment finishing the job. It is a straightforward street-and-park bar with classic BMX shape rather than novelty styling.
Four-piece because you want four-piece. Fair enough.
