Description
The Promax V-Brake Extenders move compatible removable brake posts upward to give V-brake or cantilever setups more pad-position range when the original bosses sit too low for the rim you are using.
The machined alloy extenders add roughly 16mm of brake-arm position and install at the existing brake-boss location, so they are useful for specific wheel-size conversions and awkward rim-brake setups where the stock posts simply will not reach.
They move the brake position up, not down. Measure the required offset and confirm the frame uses removable brake posts before ordering.
