Collection: BMX Headset Spacers

BMX headset spacers are used on threadless front ends to fine-tune stem height and get the headset stack sitting where it should. Blue Groove’s range covers both 1-inch and 1-1/8-inch setups, with individual spacers and multi-height sets in alloy and carbon fibre.

Match the spacer to the fork-steerer diameter first, then choose the thickness needed for the cockpit height you want. Make sure there is still enough steerer for the stem to clamp fully and for the headset compression system to preload correctly — adding spacers is only useful if the whole front end still fits together properly.
