BMX tubes cover everything from standard replacement inner tubes through to lightweight TPU options and puncture-resistant choices, with sizes spanning kids, race, freestyle, cruiser and larger-wheel setups. Blue Groove also carries compatible inflatable insert systems where they sit alongside tube-based wheel protection.

Match the wheel diameter first, then check the tyre-width range and valve type—Schrader and Presta are not interchangeable with every rim. If you’re chasing lower rotating weight, compare the lightweight options; if reliability is the priority, look at heavier-duty or puncture-resistant tubes. When replacing a punctured tube, inspect the tyre and rim tape before fitting the new one so the original cause is not left inside the wheel.
