The BSD Substance Mid Bottom Bracket is a sealed bearing kit for compatible BMX crank setups.
It gives your crank spindle a smooth, supported interface through the frame and includes the adjustment hardware needed to get the crank position properly dialled.
A smooth bottom bracket is one of those things you don’t appreciate until yours starts sounding like a coffee grinder.
