BMX grips are one of the main contact points on the bike, and small differences in shape can change how the bars feel straight away. Blue Groove’s range covers shorter youth and retro-style grips through to longer freestyle options, with slim and thicker profiles, flanged and flangeless designs, soft compounds and both push-on and lock-on systems.

Choose the grip length and diameter that feel right in the hand, then compare compound, pattern and flange style for the way you ride. If you’re using lock-on grips, confirm the clamp setup and available bar space; for push-on grips, make sure they are installed securely and finish the bars with proper bar ends.
