BMX chains need to match the drivetrain they’re running on, and Blue Groove’s range covers both traditional full-link and half-link designs across freestyle and race setups. The live range includes 1/8-inch and 3/32-inch chains, plus replacement joining links for compatible single-speed setups.

Start with chain width and the sprocket, chainring, freewheel or rear-cog setup, then check chain style, supplied link count and the connecting method. Most new BMX chains are shortened to suit the bike during installation, while half-link designs give finer adjustment over rear-wheel position where that matters.
